Advertising includes any form of paid communication that is commissioned by a clearly recognizable subject to disseminate through the media  their ideas and products and influence the public's choices regarding a given consumer good or model of behavior.

Communcation informs, persuades, seduces the public and is considered correct if it retains the end user on the basis of civil and humanizing principles.
